MA Criminology & Criminal Justice is a two-year postgraduate degree program that focuses on the practice and application of crime-related principles in order to investigate and solve crime. This interdisciplinary undergraduate course may be difficult to complete. Students studying this course will learn about the Fundamentals of Criminology, Criminal Psychology, Police Science and Forensic Science, Laws of Crime and Minor Acts, Police Administration and Procedural Law, and Forensic Medicine.

• This course focuses on understanding criminal behavior and actions, as well as the causes and consequences of a crime on the victim and society.
• Criminology is the scientific study of crime, including its legal aspects, causes, consequences, and control and restoration measures.
• Graduates may also learn about crime statistics in India and around the world, as well as criminal justice systems, including the evaluation of criminal justice agencies, penology, criminal careers, and resistance.
• Aside from the theoretical aspect of the course, the curriculum may also include a laboratory component, which takes place in labs authorized for criminology studies and displays various manifestations.

Students who wish to pursue a MA in Criminology & Criminal Justice must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• Candidates with a Class 12 or equivalent grade point average of 50% or higher are eligible to apply for this program.
• Candidates with higher secondary education in the sciences or arts are preferred.
• The candidates should have completed BA Criminology with at least 50 % score

Step 4- Selection notice and registration
Within 7 working days, the documents will be verified and the selected candidates will be intimated through Email and the candidates will be registered in the University. In this step, the originals of the certificates should be submitted to the university.
