The Full form LLB is Bachelor of Legislative Law. LLB course is eligible for students with a bachelor’s degree. Students after passing class 12 and clearing the entrance exam can be admitted to 5 year Law course. A Law degree is a mandatory course for students who wish to become a lawyer. LLB Admission is done on the basis of various LLB entrance exams. The candidates will have to pursue an LLB course from a full-time regular college or university as the Bar Council does not recognize law degrees in distance mode. Students can study 3 year LLB after completing their graduation in any field. Students can opt for different kinds of undergraduate Law Courses after 12th such as BA LLB, BBA LLB and BSc LLB.

To be eligible for admission in the LL. B. -3 Year degree program, the candidate should: Have passed Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized College/University, having secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for general category and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) was formed to regulate India's legal profession and legal education. It is a statutory body created by the Parliament to prescribe uniform standards for professional conduct and etiquette by exercising disciplinary jurisdiction over the bar. It is mandatory approval to provide Law courses in a university.

• We will provide study materials and assignment books for internal marks
• Internship will be offered in Law firms or NGOs with certificate
• The candidates who successfully complete the course will be enrolled any law firms in India.
• We will provide moot course facility

Regardless of the type of LLB program, whether a 3-year course or a 5-year course, they can be competitive, and the candidate should ensure that their application process is flawless. The admission process is outlined here, along with the required documents.

Step 1-
Academic counselling about the course, universities etc.

Step 2- Documents submission
The candidates should send the complete scanned academic certificates from SSLC to the given mail address. The incomplete or unclear certificates should be rejected from the selection process.

Step 3- Document verification
The academic documents will be forwarded to the University for Verification.

Step 4- Selection notice and registration
Within 7 working days, the documents will be verified and the selected candidates will be intimated through Email and the candidates will be registered in the University. In this step, the originals of the certificates should be submitted to the university.

Step 5- Admission to LLB
The candidates can start their LLB.

• Exams will be conducted either at Bangalore or at Bir Tikendrajit University.
• Internal evaluation will be done through assignments submission
• Viva will be conducted at the end of semesters
• Moot court is the component part of LLB

Duration of the LLB course is 5 years

Moot court participation develops debating skills, enhances understanding of what’s relevant and not relevant to a case, and allows mastery of oral arguments and writing skills. Participation in a national competition creates an experience that allows students to get comfortable with the demands of the legal profession.

Candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam are issued COP certificates that allow the candidates to practice law in a court of law in India.
