Master of Legislative Laws or LLM is a 2 years postgraduate degree in law. LLM helps to gain an in-depth knowledge of a particular field of law through intensive research in that field of law. Master of Laws offers various specializations such as International Law, Corporate Law, Business Law, and Criminal Law. After graduating from a top law college, it is crucial to pursue an LLM course. An LLM course will prepare you to initiate your legal career.
Candidates who aspire to pursue a Master of Legislative Laws are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria as mentioned below, Should have a qualified LLB or Bachelor of Law with minimum 50% aggregate marks. The minimum age requirement for pursuing Master of Legislative Laws is 17 years or more.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) was formed to regulate India's legal profession and legal education. It is a statutory body created by the Parliament to prescribe uniform standards for professional conduct and etiquette by exercising disciplinary jurisdiction over the bar. It is mandatory approval to provide Law courses in a university.

Step 1-
Academic counselling about the course, universities etc.
Step 2- Documents submission
The candidates should send the complete scanned academic certificates from SSLC to the given mail address. The incomplete or unclear certificates should be rejected from the selection process.
Step 3- Document verification
The Step 3academic documents will be forwarded to the University for Verification.
Step 4- Selection notice and registration
Within 7 working days, the documents will be verified and the selected candidates will be intimated through Email and the candidates will be registered in the University. In this step, the originals of the certificates should be submitted to the university.
Step 5- Admission to LLM
The candidates can start their LLM
The course duration of LLM is 2 academic years
Candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam are issued COP certificates that allow the candidates to practice law in a court of law in India.
