Credit transfer is the procedure of granting credit to a student for studies completed at any college or university and transferring them to another college or university to complete the course of study. Technically, transfer credit is the submission of prior learning (classes or credits) from one institution and acceptance for credit by another institution. In India, credit transfer is only possible between UGC approved Universities.
When a student transfers, he or she usually provides his or her academic transcript(s) which lists the course taken, grade, and other features from the institution they attended when applying for enrollment. Each transcript and the listed courses are tentatively evaluated to see if any of the courses taken satisfy the requirements of the receiving institution.
Transfer of credit is not official unless an academic officer of the college or university provides a written verification that the award has been accepted and applied on the academic transcript meeng the degree requirement.

Students are required to assignments, attend practicals and exams and do projects at the University on prescribed time. University will provide guidance and assistance in the course work. The main exams will be in the month of June. Supplementary exams will be conducted in the month of December.
